Can I use the Carat Comparison packs when shopping for diamond studs or other diamond jewelry?
Absolutely! Use the window box tool to hold different carat weights and shapes to your ear, neck, or wrist.
Does Ring Recon come with Carat Comparison packs?

What is the Ring Recon Report?
After you’ve tried on diamond shapes, measured your finger size and explored learning about setting styles, you’ll fill out your Ring Recon Report to keep a record of your size and preferences. You can easily pass the Report to your partner or create a digital copy for you to have on your phone.
Do I have to send back the kit?
No! The kits and tools are entirely yours to keep and refer back to at any time.

What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our products, Best Kept does not offer returns or refunds. If you have issues with your order please contact support@bestkept.com. We want you to be happy and will work with you on a solution!
Is the packaging discrete?
Ring Recon and our bundles come in a mailer box with the Best Kept logo on it. There are no rings, diamonds, or other images on our packaging. Want your product shipped in a plain box? Please send support@bestkept.com an email with your order confirmation number.
